Concierge Care RX has a team of experienced medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, physician assistants, and medical assistants. All of our Professionals are Licensed to operate in the state of Georgia , with extensive knowledge and skill in IV Hydration  Administration

Concierge Care RX accepts All major credit and debit cards, Afterpay , FSA and Cash. 

Concierge Care RX all staff members are screened daily and immediately tested if symptoms are present. Precautionary monthly testing . 

1. Payment Terms:

• Clients are required to pay in full or a deposit at the time of booking to secure their appointment slot.

• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our cancellation policy.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours ] notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.

3. No-Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

4. Refund Policy:

• Refunds are only provided in accordance with our cancellation policy.Payment & Refund Policy

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.  Refund Policy Due to the customized nature of IV hydration and wellness services, all sales are final. Once a treatment has been prepared or administered, no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures the highest level of safety, quality, and compliance in the preparation of your infusion.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding your treatment, 

• In case of dissatisfaction with the service, clients must raise the issue immediately, and we will work to resolve it to their satisfaction. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Liability:

• We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the appointment or as a result of the services provided.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and disclosing any relevant health conditions or concerns prior to the appointment.

6. Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of any dispute, clients agree to contact us directly to resolve the issue before initiating any chargeback proceedings.

• Chargebacks initiated without prior attempt to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of these terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property:

• All content provided during the appointment, including but not limited to advice, recommendations, and materials, are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without our consent.

8. Modification of Terms:

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
