Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services, IV therapy, injectables, and wellness treatments, all sales are final once a service has been rendered or a product has been administered.

We do not accept returns on any medical services, injectable products, or opened/used items.

Terms of Return (if applicable to retail products only):
Unopened retail products may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.. Due to nature of service - refunds are not allowed 

State of Return:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for consideration.

Reason for Return:
Returns may be accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect retail products provided at the time of purchase.

Process for Return:
To initiate a return, clients must contact us at hello@conciergecarerx.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your name, date of purchase, and reason for return.

Refund Policy:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after review and approval. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Concierge Care RX reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Medical contraindications or safety concerns 
• Incomplete or inaccurate medical history disclosure 
• Behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe 
• Failure to comply with clinic policies or provider instructions 
• Intoxication or impairment at the time of service 

Our priority is patient safety, clinical integrity, and maintaining a professional environment for all clients and staff.

All services are self-pay and due at the time of booking or prior to treatment unless otherwise arranged.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

• A valid payment method is required to secure all appointments 
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice 
• No services will be rendered without completed payment or payment authorization 
• Deposits (if required) may be non-refundable and applied toward services rendered 

Failure to provide payment at the time of service may result in cancellation or refusal of treatment.

By receiving services at Concierge Care RX, clients acknowledge and consent to the use of photographs or videos taken before, during, or after treatment for educational, marketing, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and advertising.

• No identifying personal information will be shared without written consent 
• Clients may opt out of photo/video use by notifying staff in writing prior to treatment 
• Consent may be revoked at any time for future content, but previously used materials may remain in circulation 

We are committed to maintaining professionalism, discretion, and respect for client privacy at all times.

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee 
• No-shows will be charged a fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service 
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges 

This policy ensures that we can accommodate all clients in a timely and efficient manner.

All clients must complete a medical intake form and provide informed consent prior to receiving any treatment.

By booking and receiving services at Concierge Care RX, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have provided accurate and complete medical history 
• You understand the risks, benefits, and possible side effects of treatments 
• You consent to receive the selected medical and aesthetic services 
• You release Concierge Care RX, its providers, and staff from liability for any adverse reactions resulting from treatment when proper protocols are followed 

Treatments are provided at the discretion of licensed medical professionals based on individual assessment and safety.

Concierge Care RX is committed to protecting your personal health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

We safeguard all client information, including medical history, treatment records, and personal data, using secure systems and strict confidentiality protocols.

Your information will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law or for treatment coordination with authorized medical providers.

All staff are trained in HIPAA compliance to ensure the highest standard of privacy and discretion.

All appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

• A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments 
• Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking 
• Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service on the day of treatment 
• Failure to attend an appointment or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit
