Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services, IV therapy, injectables, and wellness treatments, all sales are final once a service has been rendered or a product has been administered.
We do not accept returns on any medical services, injectable products, or opened/used items.
Terms of Return (if applicable to retail products only):
Unopened retail products may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.. Due to nature of service - refunds are not allowed
State of Return:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for consideration.
Reason for Return:
Returns may be accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect retail products provided at the time of purchase.
Process for Return:
To initiate a return, clients must contact us at hello@conciergecarerx.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your name, date of purchase, and reason for return.
Refund Policy:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after review and approval. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
