Good Faith Exam (Required for All New Clients)
A Good Faith Exam is a mandatory medical consultation required for all first-time clients prior to receiving injectable, IV therapy, or medical aesthetic treatments. This evaluation ensures that all services are appropriate, safe, and tailored to your individual health history and treatment goals.

During this exam, a licensed medical provider will review your medical history, discuss your goals, assess eligibility for treatment, and answer any questions to create a personalized care plan. This step is essential in maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and clinical excellence.

The Good Faith Exam is valid for one (1) year from the date of completion and must be renewed annually for continued treatment eligibility.

Fee: $35 (in addition to the cost of treatment)

This requirement applies to all new clients receiving services such as IV therapy, Botox, injectables, and other medical aesthetic treatments.
